1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Kuraflow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Kuraflow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Kuraflow is an AI-powered Google Sheets add-on that provides automated script breakdown analysis, shooting schedule generation, conflict detection, and production planning tools for the film and television industry. The Service processes screenplay files using artificial intelligence to extract production elements and generate organized breakdown data within Google Sheets.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To use Kuraflow, you must create an account and authorize access to your Google Workspace. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Providing accurate and current account information

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your Content: You retain all rights to your screenplay files and any content you upload to Kuraflow. By using the Service, you grant Kuraflow a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Service: Kuraflow and its associated technology, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of Kuraflow. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service.

5. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT

Script breakdowns, shooting schedules, and other outputs generated by Kuraflow are produced using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by qualified production professionals before use. Kuraflow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. Users are responsible for verifying all generated data before relying on it for production decisions.

6. GOOGLE SHEETS INTEGRATION

Kuraflow operates within the Google Workspace ecosystem. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your use is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google APIs Terms of Service. Kuraflow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. We access Google Sheets solely to deliver our breakdown and scheduling features.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuraflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall Kuraflow's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Kuraflow in the twelve months prior to the claim.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. Kuraflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the Service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with established arbitration rules.
